What are the check-in and check-out times at Riad L’Atelier
Check-in for the rooms is from 1:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. However, our reception is open 24 hours, so we can assist you with arrivals and departures at any time, making your stay flexible and convenient.
Is breakfast included in my stay?
Yes, a complimentary breakfast is included every day. Enjoy it in our courtyard or on the rooftop terrace, surrounded by the sights and sounds of Marrakech.
Does Riad L’Atelier offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide private transfers to and from Marrakech Menara Airport. Please book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

What is the cancellation policy?
- Non-refundable reservations: Cannot be modified, canceled, or transferred. No exceptions.
- Standard reservations (1–2 rooms): Cancel up to 21 days before arrival for a full refund
- Standard reservations (more than 2 rooms): Cancel up to 35 days before arrival.
- Within the cutoff period: All reservations become non-refundable and cannot be modified or canceled.
Is daily housekeeping provided?
Our rooms are cleaned daily to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Towels and linens are refreshed regularly, and our team is happy to assist with any special requests.
Does the riad have a pool?
